We want you to be happy with everything you buy from SUDA Coffee. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Eligibility for Refunds

You can request a refund within 14 days of collection if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

To request a refund, please email hello@sudabakery.com with your order details and a brief description of the issue.

Non-Refundable Items
We’re unable to offer refunds for:

Custom-engraved or personalised items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Perishable goods, such as coffee, once opened or used.

Conditions for Returns

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required for all refunds or exchanges.

Returns should be brought back to our café at: 243 Eversholt Street, London NW1 1BE.

Processing Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll notify you about your refund status.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Exchanges
-
If you’d prefer an exchange for another item, let us know in your email — we’ll confirm what’s possible based on stock.
