Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with everything you buy from SUDA Coffee. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • You can request a refund within 14 days of collection if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

  • To request a refund, please email hello@sudabakery.com with your order details and a brief description of the issue.

Non-Refundable Items

We’re unable to offer refunds for:

  • Custom-engraved or personalised items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Perishable goods, such as coffee, once opened or used.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all refunds or exchanges.

  • Returns should be brought back to our café at: 243 Eversholt Street, London NW1 1BE.

Processing Refunds

  • Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll notify you about your refund status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Exchanges

  • If you’d prefer an exchange for another item, let us know in your email — we’ll confirm what’s possible based on stock.
