Orders & Payments

All orders are processed through our website and are collection only from our café at: 243 Eversholt Street, London NW1 1BE.

Full payment is required at the time of order. Prices are listed in GBP and may change without notice.​​

Collection
-
Coffee orders are ready within 24 hours of purchase.

Custom-engraved Suda Pencils may take up to 3 days to prepare.
We’ll email you when your order is ready to collect. -
Please bring proof of purchase when collecting your items. Orders not collected within 14 days may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you buy.

Perishable items (like coffee) cannot be returned once opened.

Custom-engraved items are non-refundable unless faulty.

Non-perishable items may be returned within 14 days in original condition with proof of purchase.
