We want you to love what you buy from us. If something isn’t right, please get in touch within 14 days of collection and we’ll do our best to make it right.

• Perishable items (like coffee) can’t be returned once opened, but if there’s a problem with your order or product quality, please let us know — we’ll happily replace or refund where appropriate.

• Non-perishable items (like pencils, T-shirts, or accessories) can be returned in their original condition within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.

• Custom-engraved or personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.

• Returns must be brought back to our café at 243 Eversholt Street, London NW1 1BE, with proof of purchase.
